Founder and CEO
Norman is a recipient of Most Outstanding ECE of the Year for Military Communication, IECEP 2009. He has been an ICT professional for 27 years with deep background and practice in emergency communications, command centers, defense and public safety, cybersecurity, cybercrime, digital forensics, ethical hacking, systems engineering and design, and among others.
Inspired as an amateur radio enthusiast, then PMA Cadet Norman honed the skills and embraced the importance of emergency communications all throughtout his cadet life that . soon paved the way as a career, as an advocacy and now as champion of ICT-use in disaster risk-reduction and resiliency (DDR) programs. Norman has been in the ICT profession for 30 years in the field of systems engineering, cyber defense and communications, command center, technical consultancy, project management, private/industrial lecturer (IL) and resources person in various technical forums, trainings and seminars/workshops. He is a member of PMA “Marilag” Class of 1995, a retired Army Lt Col belonging to the AFP Signal Corps.
Currently his corporate practice involves Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), Cyber Defense, Ethical Hacking, Threat Hunting, OSINT and Web Intelligence, Cyber Workforce Learning and Development (L/D) program, and others.
